What we Offer:

Pick-ups and drop offs for grooming appointments, doggy daycare, and specified medical appointments where owner may not need to be present (acupuncture, nail trims, physical therapy)

Services and Rates:

Per Trip………………$25

One way up to 20 miles (from Winterport, to you and then to your appointment)

Per Mile Fee……………. $1

Any trip over 20 miles will incur an additional $1 per mile fee

Wait Charge

If you want us to wait while your pet is at their appointment, the following rates apply. The first 15 minutes are no charge. The subsequent 15 minute increments will be $10. We can discuss appointments that may be over an hour long.

Additional Pet……..$5 (per pet)

Late/early pick up/drop off surcharge………….$10

A surcharge for pick-ups/drop offs scheduled before 7am/after 7pm

Rush Rate……….$20

Our Rush Rate applies to requests for service on the same day. If we are able to accommodate your same day request, the Rush Rate will be added to the service you requested

Cleaning Fee………………..$25

A cleaning fee will only be incurred for extreme messes where the vehicle needs to go to a detailer or takes longer than 20 min for us to clean.

Cancellation Fee……………$25

If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before a scheduled pick up, a cancellation fee will incur.

** Payment is due at the completion of the day’s service. We accept checks, cash, Venmo or PayPal

Things to Know:

- If your pet needs to have a meet and greet beforehand please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate

- Please let us know how your pet travels, i.e. gets anxious, car sickness etc.

- If there are any questions or concerns that should be brought up at the appointment, please have them written down on a piece of paper

- We are covered by Pet Transportation Insurance

- Please know if you do not provide your own carrier your pet will either be put in a seat belt, a car set or in a carrier.

-Please have payment worked out with provider ahead of time, invoice, check, cash, credit card or over the phone etc.
